Our Story
NurseRecruit was founded in 2022 by Connor Kucharic, a nursing student who recognized the need for a platform to connect nursing students and new graduates with career opportunities.
Following the success of a virtual career fair event he hosted at Trent University, Connor created a larger virtual career fair that brought together multiple healthcare organizations for nursing students to interact and connect with. The online event drew over 30 healthcare employers and 250 nursing students seeking employment opportunities.
The event was a huge success, with multiple nursing students and new graduate nurses securing interviews during the career fair event sessions and creating connections for future employment. At NurseRecruit, we are committed to connecting nurses, new graduate nurses, and nursing students across Canada with meaningful career opportunities through our virtual career fairs. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive community that empowers nurses to achieve their career goals and make a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
