Our Story
Building Futures Since 2022
Founded in 2022 by Connor Kucharic, NurseRecruit officially incorporated in January 2023 and swiftly emerged as a transformative force in healthcare career development.
What started as a successful virtual career fair at Trent University, chronicled in this news story, evolved into a national platform. Following our official launch in May 2023, we wasted no time in making an impact. By August and October of the same year, we successfully hosted multiple virtual career fair events, connecting nursing students, new graduate nurses, and healthcare professionals with prominent employers from coast to coast in Canada.
We have facilitated connections between over 30 healthcare employers and 650 job seekers within the nursing and healthcare fields, securing interviews and forging pathways to future employment.
Our founder, Connor Kucharic, is a Registered Nurse licensed in Ontario [and New York], specializing in Intensive Care. His invaluable firsthand experience and expertise form the cornerstone of NurseRecruit. As he continues to make a significant impact within the healthcare sector, Connor’s focus is dedicated to better serving Personal Support Workers, Healthcare Aides, Home Support Workers, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, New Graduate Nurses, and Students in nursing and allied health programs.
